In February 2015 I opened my own Pastry Shop | Cafe in Cala Millor, Mallorca. I grew up in Germany where I learned to be a pastry chef/confectioner at Cafe Tiffany's in Ehingen. I moved to beautiful Spain at the age of twenty and have lived here ever since.
In addition to homemade cakes and sweet pastries, we at "Biggis" offer daily fresh bread rolls and butter croissants. On order, we also bake special breads, such as a protein bread, potato bread, spelt bread or rye-wholegrain bread. Further we offer delicious breakfasts, sandwiches, baguettes au gratin and German specialties, including “Flammkuchen”, meat loaf bread rolls or buns with raw meat (“Mett”).
On Sundays we serve our guests a mouth-watering breakfast buffet.
By the way: The cafeteria Biggis is wheelchair accessible with disabled toilet.
